Submitting a Link Guidelines
1. Only submit your link if your site is a web master/web development site. Any links to other sites will not be approved.
2. We require a link back to our site. This must be placed on your page that has a link back to the homepage and can not be more than 2 clicks away from the home page.
3. Your site must be a minimum of a PR3 although we may accept some new sites that do not yet have PR if we like your link.
